WerkStadt Kulturverein Berlin e.V.

The Kulturverein WerkStadt, created in 2008, is a non-profit organization dedicated to the development of cooperative arts, culture, and communication. Werkstadt e.V. provides workshop and studio space to artists as well as a presentation platform for a wide spectrum of contemporary art projects: ranging from video, photography, painting, and sculptural installations to music, readings, film screenings, and experimental theatre performances. On a daily basis, it is also a community meeting place for all people interested in a collective progression in the arts and the urban culture of Berlin.

I work as the Art Director and am a founding member of the Kunstverein; curating an exhibition cycle of emerging artists there as well as travelling shows with artists that are in contact with the large network of the WerkStadt.
